Do I need to book in advance?
Yes – wristbands must be booked online in advance to guarantee entry. Time slots often sell out, especially during weekends and holidays. No walk-ins will be accepted.
Can adults go on the inflatables too?
Absolutely! Inflatable Land is designed for all ages – including grown-ups. From obstacle courses to foot darts, there’s fun for everyone at Horsenden Hill Activity Centre.
Is there a limit to how long we can stay?
There is no limit on how long you can stay – after the completion of your scheduled activity, we welcome guests to make use of our outdoor picnic tables in our beautiful nature reserve to enjoy the weather whilst enjoying food and beverages from our fully licensed bar, cafe and pizzeria.
Is there food and drink available on-site?
Yes – we have a fully licensed Pizzeria serving delicious food and a fully Bar and Cafe with a large variety of choices, offering the convenience of finding everything you need all in one place!
What should we wear?
Comfortable clothes and socks are required – no shoes allowed on the inflatables. We recommend activewear, especially for adults joining in.
What happens if it rains?
Inflatable Land will remain open during light rain conditions, and we always do our best to carry on with sessions as planned. However, in the event of heavy rain or severe winds over 24 knots, we are legally required to close Inflatable Land for safety reasons.
If this happens, your session will be postponed, and you will be automatically issued a gift card to return on another date of your choice.
Your safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding in the event of adverse weather.
Can I bring younger children?
Yes! We have dedicated inflatables for children aged 2 to 5, and they’re also welcome to join the bigger inflatables, provided they have parental supervision. Just keep in mind, Inflatable Land is a self-supervised zone, so parents are responsible for their kids’ safety while playing.
Do I get a seating area with my booking?
Yes! We have outdoor picnic tables available for all guests.
We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your session to secure a spot and settle in comfortably.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have free on-site parking for all our guests and customers, so you can park conveniently while you enjoy your visit.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer cash/card refunds. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we’ll provide a gift card, which is valid for one year.
These gift cards can be used for any of our activities or events.
If you think you might have trouble using it within the year, just email us, and we’ll be happy to extend it for you.
